The legislation requires that a worker provides their services personally to the public sector client but this condition will not be met where the Your Company has contracted out the service to a third party, e.g Jackal Consultants Ltd, in such a way that the third party does not as part of that service provide their public sector client with the services of the worker(s).

Jackal Consultants Ltd secure a contract with your Company to provide Design, Project Management, or MEICA Consultancy for your project on a fixed scope of works at a fixed price.

Jackal Consultants Ltd provide a team of Consultants to handle the project, the number of workers needed to deliver the project, their cost and the risks are borne by Jackal Consultants Ltd and your company are not sent workers.

The team will work closely with Your Company to provide a successful outcome to the project as your sub-contractor. We are fully responsible for managing the workers who will work from their own offices in Brownhills, the team will attend client meeting or site meeting as required..

Your Company has contracted out a whole service and no worker personally provides their services to Your Company but rather they provide their services to Jackal Consultants Ltd.
